The Strategic Handover: We begin with a 90-minute online deep dive to review your contracts, timelines, and every detail you’ve put in place to ensure nothing is missed.

On-Site Meeting: One month before the big day, we meet at your venue to walk through the space, finalize the setup, and build your hour-by-hour production schedule.

Master Vendor Management: I become the point of contact for all your suppliers on the day, managing every delivery and setup so your phone stays silent on your wedding day.

On-Site Lead & Guest Freedom: I am on the ground from first setup to the first dance, managing transport and guest flow so your friends and family can be guests - not unpaid event staff.

Limited & Exclusive Availability: To ensure this level of total focus and a stress-free experience for everyone involved, I only commit to 6 of these signature commissions per year.
